摘 要:针对顺层抽采钻孔封孔质量差的问题,采用COMSOL软件模拟了巷帮煤体应力、应变分布规律,使用特制探测装置研究了孔内瓦斯浓度的分布规律,确定了钻孔周围煤体贯通裂隙发育深度,得出合理封孔深度为12~14m;通过对"两堵一注"封孔工艺与现有封孔工艺的封孔效果进行长期考察和分析,表明"两堵一注"封孔工艺能有效提高封孔质量及瓦斯浓度。Aiming at the poor sealing quality of gas drainage drilling, the stress and strain distribution of coal surrounding the roadway was simulated using COMSOL software. With a special detection device, the gas concentration distribution inside the hole was studied, and the depth of the leak fracture in coal seam around the borehole was obtained, which indicated the reasonable hole sealing depth was within 12- 14m. According to the long-term investigation and analysis on the application effect, the two-sealing-one-grouting technology can effectively improve the sealing quality and the gas concentration distribution inside the drainage pipe.
