摘  要:为了保障沙吉海煤矿W01综放工作面安全回采,对B10煤层自燃倾向性、最短自然发火期、自燃危险区域、自然发火预测预报指标等自然发火基础参数进行了测试研究,认为首采工作面本采空区发生自然发火风险较大,结合"三软"开采的实际情况,提出了适用于首采工作面的以全断面帷幕注氮防灭火技术为主、灌浆防灭火、三相泡沫为辅的综合防灭火技术手段,优化了注氮量、灌浆量、三相泡沫灌注量等工艺参数,并利用束管、安全监测监控系统对工作面持续监测,回采期间,工作面及采空区气体、温度一直保持在正常范围内,没有出现遗煤自然发火征兆。In order to protect the safe mining of WO1 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Shajihai Coal Mine, we studied coal seam spontaneous combustion tendency, shortest spontaneous combustion period, spontaneous combustion danger area, spontaneous combustion prediction index, which showed the risk of spontaneous combustion was high. The comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology was proposed combining with the actual situation of the first mining face with whole section curtain injection nitrogen, supplemented by grouting and three-phase foam fire prevention technology, and the process parameters were optimize such as the amount of nitrogen injection, grouting and three-phase foam. The goaf gas and temperature were kept at normal level.
