摘　　要：针对路试验证中及用户反映的摩托车链条异常磨损问题,以机械原理和链传动知识为基础,应用机械系统传动仿真分析软件XXX,建立该款摩托车的链传动仿真分析模型,并用软件进行仿真计算,根据拟定的评价指标,通过多方案对比,找出优化的链传动参数设计方案,较好的解决了链条磨损问题。For the abnormal wear problems during the road test and the reported by the users, the paper uses the mechanical system simulation analysis software XXX to establish the chain drive simulation analysis model of motorcycle based on mechanical principle and chain drive, and conduct simulation calculation with software and find the optimized chain drive parameter design program through the appraising indexes and the comparison of many programs to solve the wearing problem.
