摘　　要：针对小区开放对道路通行的影响,使用层次分析法、权重赋值法、构建函数方程等方法,分别建立评价指标体系、函数关系模型以及BPR路阻函数等模型.运用MATLAB,建立小区开放对道路通行的评价指标体系,构建小区开放对周边道路通行影响能力的总函数关系方程;然后通过该方程定量计算,比较位于城市不同区域、具有不同结构的小区,开放前后对道路通行的影响.提出关于小区开放的合理化建议.Regarding the impact of community opening on road traffic,the article establishes assessment indicator system,functional relationship model and BPR resistance function model respectively with analytic hierarchy process,weight assignment method,and the way of building functional equation.It builds assessment indicator system of community opening on road traffic with MATLAB,builds the generic function equation of community＇s impact on surrounding roads traffic capacity;Then quantitatively calculates according to the equation to compare the influence of communities with various structures in different regions of the city before opening with which after opening.It proposes rationalization proposals on communities opening.
