摘  要:在界定水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调关系内涵的基础上,通过构建水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调度模型,利用通辽市2005—2014年的面板数据,对其水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调状态进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)通辽市水资源系统综合评价指数呈波浪式递增的趋势,且与农业用水总量呈负相关;(2)10年来通辽市乡村发展持续上升但总体水平较低,可分为缓慢增长、较快增长和快速增长三个阶段;(3)通辽市水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调度不断提高,但耦合协调程度较低,且具有明显的阶段性,随着乡村发展加快造成的水资源系统压力增大,耦合协调度达到阈值。通辽市在促进水资源合理开发利用和乡村转型发展方面仍需做更多工作,以确保水资源—乡村发展系统的协调有序推进。A water-rural development system was established on the basis of defining the relation between water resource and rural development. We performed an empirical analysis on the level of coupling relation in this system by using the panel data in Tongliao from 2005 to 2014. Our results indicated that: (1) comprehensive index in water resource system, which negatively related to the agricultural water consumption, showed a wave-like increasing trend. (2) Index in rural development system rise steadily but was still in the low level in general, which could be divided as three periods in last ten years, namely slowly-deforming, steady growth and rapid growth. (3) Coupling degree in the water-rural development system was improved continuously with a relatively low level, which revealed a phasic characteristics and would reach the threshold due to the increased pressure in water resource system caused by the acceleration of rural development. Therefore, in Tongliao Ctiy more efforts that promoting the rational utilization of water resources as well as rural transformation are needed to ensure the advancement of water-rural development systems orderly.
