摘 要:天然气长输管道与高压或特高压输电线路同为国家重要能源输送动脉,但在天然气长输管道与高压输电线路的设计与施工过程中,会经常遇到两者交叉或并行的情况,对彼此正常的生产运行埋下安全隐患。以汉安线与中贵线联络线输气管道工程为例,通过引用国家及行业规范中对天然气管道与高压输电线路安全距离的相关要求,介绍了固态去耦合器屏蔽强电流及使用石墨接地带改进接地两种方法,解决天然气管道与高压输电线距离较近时的安全隐患问题,为同类问题的解决提供有效参考。Long-distance natural gas pipeline and high voltage or extra high voltage transmission line are all important national energy transportation artery. But during the design and construction of long distance natural gas transmission pipeline and high voltage transmission line, they will often cross or parallel with each other, which lays hidden safety problems for the normal operation of each other. Taking the link line gas transmission pipeline project of Han'an line and Zhonggui line (hereinafter referred to as Han'an link line project) as an example, by quoting the related requirements of the safe distance between natural gas pipeline and high voltage transmission line in national and industry standards, two approaches to solve the hidden danger are introduced, that is, shielding strong current by solid state de coupler and using graphite junction. The research result provides an effective reference for solving similar problems.
