摘　　要：目的了解海口市居民的健康素养现状,为制定健康素养干预策略提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段、PPS、简单随机抽样相结合的方法,抽取15~69岁的居民2 320人进行健康素养水平问卷调查。结果海口市居民具备健康素养的比例为15.04%(349/2 320),具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为以及基本技能素养人口比例分别为29.53%(685/2 320)、16.59%(385/2 320)和19.35%(449/2 320);具备6类健康问题素养的人口比例分别为科学健康观28.53%(662/2 320)、传染病防治21.03%(488/2 320)、慢性病防治16.72%(388/2 320)、安全与急救53.92%(1 251/2 320)、基本医疗22.97%(533/2 320)和健康信息28.49%(661/2 320)。结论海口市居民健康素养水平整体仍处于较低水平,不同区域、不同年龄和不同文化层次的人群有显著性差异,应针对薄弱环节开展针对性的干预,以全面提高全市健康素养水平。Objective To understand the current situation of health literacy of residents in Haikou, and to provide evidence for the development of health literacy intervention strategies. Methods By using multi-stage stratified PPS random sampling, 2 320 residents aged 15 to 69 years old were investigated in Haikou with questionnaires.Results The overall level of health literacy among residents of Haikou was 15.04%（349/2 320）, and the level of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic skills were 29.53%（685/2 320）, 16.59%（385/2 320）,and 19.35%（449/2 320）, respectively. The level of 6 kinds of health problems with the scientific view of health, infectious disease prevention, chronic disease prevention, safety and first aid, basic medical service, and health information access were 28.53%（662/2 320）, 21.03%（488/2 320）, 16.72%（388/2 320）, 53.92%（1 251/2 320）, 22.97%（533/2 320）and 28.49%（661/2 320）, respectively. Conclusion The overall level of health literacy of residents in Haikou is still at a low level. There were significant differences among residents of different regions, different ages and different cultural levels. Targeted intervention should be carried out in order to improve the quality of the city.
