摘　　要：本文结合重庆主城区地下空间市政设施利用现状,分析了影响市政设施地下化的主要因素,进一步提出了市政设施地下化准入原则和技术要点,对主城区重要市政设施下地提出了规划策略和思路,最后结论性地提出地下空间市政设施开发利用应合理适度,才能实现城市基础设施系统的可持续发展。With the study of the existing conditions of underground municipal facilities in Chongqing urban district, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the development of underground municipal facilities. Then, the paper puts forward principles and key technologies of underground municipal facilities development. Later, planning strategies and ideas are proposed for the development of underground municipal facilities of urban significance. The paper summarizes that the underground municipal facilities should be developed reasonably and properly in order to achieve sustainable development of the urban municipal infrastructure system.
