既有多层居住建筑卫生间同层排水分户批量改造研究

摘　　要：针对1970-1990年代既有多层居住建筑卫生间存在设计标准低、排水设备管线老化严重、管线维修更换影响下层生活等问题,尝试采用卫生间分户批量同层排水技术体系进行改造;并利用清华大学教师公寓卫生间改造契机,通过实地调研发现问题、引进产品体系确定改造目标、针对既有住宅进行连接设计研发、样板间技术深化、批量改造中试等环节,在既有多层居住建筑卫生间批量实施同层排水体系。Aimed at the low building standards, aging of plumbing pipes and disturbance of other residents due to maintenance of toilets in the existing multistoried apartment buildings built from the 1970s to 1990s in China, the same-floor drainage system is attempted at mass retrofitting of toilets. During the retrofitting of toilets in faculty apartments at Tsinghua University, the research on the same-floor drainage system has been put into practice through the process of on-site survey for existing problems, decision on retrofitting system, design connecting existing buildings and the new system, design development in the show room, and mass implementation in the end.
