干式空芯电抗器脉冲振荡电压法匝间绝缘现场检测装置的研制及应用

摘　　要：新的国家标准GB1094.6-2011中详细规定了干式空芯电抗器利用脉冲振荡电压法进行匝间绝缘检测的试验方法。针对现场试验的特点和要求详细设计了脉冲振荡电路,并在此基础上研制了一套完全满足相关标准要求的现场设备。通过软件仿真模拟验证了该实验的可行性,并对某换流站2台35kV干式空芯电抗器进行了现场匝间绝缘检测试验,通过现场试验研究了试验电压选择、试验流程安排、试验设备接线及其布置合理化的关键技术,总结出全套现场试验方法。The new national standard GB1094.6-2011 stipulates the test method for inter turn in.sulation defect of dry air-core reactors by using impulse oscillation voltage method in detail. The pulse-oscillation circuit is specifically designed in this paper according to the special features of field test, and a set of test equipment is developed on the basis of the circuit to meet the relevant standards. An OrCAD simulation is completed to verify the feasibility of the test, then the inter turn insulation test of 2 35 kV dry-type air core reactors in a converter station is carried out. Through the field test, the key test technologies like the choosing of test voltage, the arrangement of test proce.dure, and the connection methods of equipment have been studied. And the whole field test method is summarized.
