摘 要:利用气相色谱,使用微径毛细管色谱柱,自动进样器,对常压直馏柴油的馏程进行快速测定,并对其方法的重复性及模拟蒸馏中收率点的选取进行了研究和分析。结果表明:应用快速模拟蒸馏技术测定常压直馏柴油的馏程是可行的。利用模型计算值与恩氏蒸馏测定值之间的测量差异获得模型校正参数,对原始模型进行校正,校正模型已成功地应用于常压直馏柴油的恩氏蒸馏馏程预测。Rapid measurements have been made on the distillation range of straight-run diesel under atmospheric pressure with the method of gas chromatography using capillary chromatographic column and automatic sampler. Furthermore, study and analysis have been taken on the repeatability of the method and selection of yield in simulated distillation. The result shows that the measurement of distillation range of straight-run diesel under atmospheric pressure with the technique of rapid simulated distillation is feasible. The correction parameter of the model has been obtained using the measuring differences of calculated value of the model and the measured value of Engler distillation, with which the original model is corrected. The corrected model has been successfully applied to the predication on Engler distillation process.
