摘　　要：伊伐布雷定是第一个窦房结If电流选择特异性抑制剂,它单纯减缓心率,是近20年来稳定型心绞痛治疗药物方面的重要进展之一,先后在欧洲、美国、中国上市。本文通过对伊伐布雷定的相关专利进行分析,为我国医药企业对于该药物的研究提供建议。Ivabradine is the first special If channel inhibitor recently which can reduce the heart rate. It was one of the most important developments during the past 20 years. Now Ivabradine has been certificated in Europe, FDA, SFDA. The article analyzes the patent about Ivabradine, from the patent application over the world, in order to learn the development in the field and patent application status, and make recommendations for pharmaceutical companies.
