摘 要:过对比浊度补偿法、过滤法、抽滤法、离心法测定总磷,实验表明这四种方法的相对偏差分别为1.84%、0.97%、3.37%、1.04%和过滤法、抽滤法、离心法的加标回收率分别为106%、50.5%、99%,结果表明抽滤法加标回收率过低不适合浑浊地表水中总磷的测定,过滤法虽然加标回收率高,但浪费滤纸且操作麻烦,相比之下离心法比传统的浊度补偿法显得更加快捷、省时、节能。By comparing the turbidity compensation method, filtration method, the suction filter method, centrifuge method to determine total phosphorus, experiments show that the average absolute relative deviation of four methods were 1.84 %, 0.97 %, 3.37 %, 0.97 % and filtering method, the suction filter method and centrifugation of standard addition recovery rate are 106 %, 50.5 % and 99 % respectively, the results show that the suction filter method of standard addition recovery rate is too low is not suitable for turbidity on the determination of total phosphorus in surface water, filtering method although standard addition recovery rate is high, but the waste of filter paper and the operation of trouble, compared with centrifugation turbidity than traditional compensation method more efficient. save time, energy conservation.
