摘  要:以2,2'-联吡啶为配体合成了稀土元素钬的配合物,并对其进行了荧光表征,测得最佳激发波长为314 nm;发射波长为443 nm。不同浓度的氨苄青霉素对该配合物特征峰下的荧光强度有良好的增强作用,研究了溶剂与pH条件等对配合物荧光强度的影响,提出一种测定青霉素含量的新方法。方法的线性范围为9.0×10^(-6)~8.0×10^(-5) mol/L,检出限8.0×10^(-6) mol/L,应用于实际样品测定,结果令人满意。A complex of rare earth elements holmium with 2,2 '- bipyridine ligand was synthesized, and its fluorescence characterization was discussed, the optimum excitation wavelength is 314 nm, emission wavelength is 443 nm; the ampicillin can enhance the fluorescence of complex. The research has take in consideration of a variety of influence factors such as concentration of the buffer, pH of the buffer and interfering ions. A new enhanced spectrofluorimetric method for determination of penicillin was developed. The linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of ampicillin is kept in the range of 9.0× 10^-6~8.0×10^-5 mol/L The detection limit is 8.0× 10^-6 mol/L. The method has been applied to the determination of penicillin with satisfactory results.
