摘　　要：制药行业直接关系国计民生,是一个典型的技术密集型和资金密集型、高投入及高回报的行业。制药工程专业为制药行业培养专门人才,是一个专业化程度高、要求学生具备较强实践能力的工科专业。在IEET工程认证背景下,肇庆学院特别重视制药工程专业学生实践能力的培养,通过签约制药企业作为实践基地、仿真教学软件的应用、教师与工程师"双师"型教师的职业培训、企业定向培养班的开设等一系列措施,积极探索与实践制药工程专业教学改革的新思路与新模式,为提升学生就业率,促进行业发展不断尝试教学改革与创新。The pharmaceutical industry is very important for the national economy and the people＇s livelihood, and is a typical technology intensive and capital intensive, high input and high return industry. The major of pharmaceutical engineering are trained in people for this industry. They are highly specialized and require students with strong practical skills, under the background of the project of IEET certification, Zhaoqing University, pay special attention to the cultivation of practical ability of students majored in pharmaceutical engineering, through the signing of the pharmaceutical companies as the practice base, simulation teaching software application, teachers and engineers double division type of teachers＇ occupation training, business oriented training courses to open a series of measures to actively explore new ideas and new model with the teaching reform of pharmaceutical engineering practice, in order to improve the employment rate of students, promote the development of the industry to continue to try teaching reform and innovation.
