摘 要:本文通过对盐酸浓度、浸出温度和浸出液体积等因素的研究,优化了现有国家标准《QC/T 968-2014金属催化转化器铂、钯、铑含量的测定方法》中的金属基催化转化器样品前处理方法。在前处理方法采用盐酸浓度2 mol/L、浸出温度60℃、浸出液体积为样品体积的12倍时,缩短检测耗时显著、减小了干扰元素引入。优化后前处理方法的精密度为0.62%~0.99%,加标回收率介于97.41%~101.47%之间,实现了对金属基催化转化器中贵金属的准确快速测定。In this paper the factors of hydrochloric acid concentration, leaching temperature and leaching volume during determination of PGE in metal-based catalytic converters are studied, through those results we have built an optimized pretreatment method for China national standard 〈 QC/T 968-2014 Determination methods of platinum, palladium and rhodium contents in metallic catalytic converters 〉. In this optimized pretreatment method, when the concentration of hydrochloric acid at 2 mol/L, the leaching temperature at 60 ℃, and the volume of leaching solution at twelve times of the sample's volume, the test time and interference element have been reduced significantly. The results under the optimum conditions indicated that both of the accuracy and precision of platinum, palladium and rhodium have been reached the best, and its RSD(n=10) is also between 0.67 % and 0.99 % while its recovery is also between 0.67 % and 0.99 %. So this optimized pretreatment method could achieve the goal of PGE detection in metal base catalytic converters rapidly and accurately.
