摘　　要：设计了一个用于地区级配电网的故障恢复专家系统软件 ,它能在配电网事故停电后 ,为调度运行人员提供合理、安全的恢复方案。文章给出了系统的总体结构、基本功能、专家系统原理和程序流程。该系统采用 Vc++程序设计语言编程 ,经实际电网故障恢复的测试 ,与现场要求相一致 ,该系统具有实用性。A service restoration expert system software for local distribution networks is designed.A logical and secure restoration scheme after system faults can be provided by the software.The whole frame,essential function,expert system principle and the program flow diagrom of the software is gives in the paper.The software is programed with the language Vc ++ .The practicality of the software is verified by the field test results.
