摘  要:为解决电动玻璃升降器因电机选型不合理或运行限制电流定义不合理导致的玻璃升降失效问题,通过建立玻璃升降运行的受力分析,建立了玻璃运行阻力与电机扭矩的计算关系,为电机选型提供了理论依据;并通过电机特性曲线准确定义了玻璃升降运行限制电流,为电动玻璃升降运行限制电流的标定提供了理论依据。In order to solve the problem of the glass running failure caused by the unreasonable selection of the motor or the unreasonable current definition of the electric glass regulator, the relationship between the running resistance of the glass and the torque of the motor was established by force analysis of the glass running operation. A theoretical basis was provided for motor selection. The limiting current of the glass running was defined by the characteristic curve of the motor. And a theoretical basis for calibration of the limiting current of the electric glass regulator was provided.
