摘 要:平头卡车为满足发动机维修、保养等的需要,要求驾驶室能够翻转,而江淮中型卡车的几种驾驶室总成重达695~765公斤,为了使驾驶室能轻便地翻转,必须借助于助力机构。文章通过建立驾驶室翻转过程的三维模型及数学模型,从中得出最佳的翻转扭杆直径尺寸,并进行了轻便性测试。测试结果表明,翻转机构的轻便性大大改善,为翻转机构改进设计提供了一种有效方法。To satisfy the maintain of engine, the cab need be overturned. The cab of the Jianghuai medium truck weighs nearly 695-765 kilograms. The overturn framework must be needed because manpower is not strong enough to achieve its overturn. In this paper, on basis of the mathematic model of process of the overturn, the optimized diameter of the torsion bar during installation is calculated out. The handiness performance is tested. The test results show that the handiness performance of overturn framework is improved. An effective way to improve quality of overturn framework is presented.
