摘　　要：文章以某减速机换挡机构为研究对象,通过对其在换挡过程中受力点的位置、布局以及整体结构,结合力学知识进行分析,从而设计出最完善、合理的结构。最终结果表明,优化后的换挡结构在同等工况下能够自由换挡,对减速机换挡的平顺性、稳定性以及使用寿命都大大增强,同时还使得整体结构布局更加紧凑。In this paper, a gear shifting mechanism as the research object, through the force in the process of shifting the ocation, layout and overall structure, combined with the knowledge of mechanics analysis, and design a reasonable structure of the most perfect. The final results show that the optimized structure can shift freely shift under the same condition, the gear shift smoothness, stability and service life are greatly enhanced, but also makes the whole structure more compact layout.
