摘  要:玄武岩连续纤维材料是用火山喷发形成的玄武岩为原料加工而成的无机纤维材料,无废气、废水、废渣排放,是一种低投入、高产出、低耗能、少排放的环境友好型新材料。玄武岩纤维是玄武岩石料在1450℃到1500℃熔融后,通过铂铑合金拉丝漏板高速拉制而成的连续纤维,本身具有耐高温性佳、抗氧化、抗辐射、绝热隔音、过滤性好、抗压缩强度和剪切强度高等优势。Research on the Application of Basalt Fiber Composite in Automobile Continuous basalt fiber composite (CBFC) is prepared by using inorganic basalt fiber as reinforcement, which is extracted from basalt formed by volcanic eruption. CBFC is a kind of new material, which is environment friendly, productive and with low cost and low emissions. Manufacturing process of CBFC does not let any exhaust gas, waste water and waste residue. Basalt fiber(BF) is. Basalt is melt when heated to 140 - 150 degree centigrade, and the continuous fiber will be drawn by using Platinum-rhodium alloy stripping plates. CBFC has advantages of high temperature resistance, high oxidation resistance, high radiation resistance, good thermal insulation, good sound insulation, good filterability, high compressive strength, high shear strength, etc.
