摘  要:含不凝气体的壁面冷凝现象在核电厂事故工况下安全壳的排热过程中发挥着重要作用。本文在回顾和分析已有安全壳分析程序中所采用的主流冷凝模型的基础上,考虑了气体边界层温度梯度对抽吸效应的影响以及法向传质对显热换热的影响,提出了基于菲克定律和传热传质相似原理的含不凝气体冷凝换热的改进模型。进一步地,通过Dehbi冷凝实验和Wisconsin冷凝实验分别验证了改进模型较已有实验拟合类模型及机理类模型的优越性。本改进模型可嵌入已有安全壳分析工具中,提升安全壳相关事故分析的准确性。Wall condensation in the presence of noncondensable gases has played a very important role in containment heat removal processes during accidental scenarios in nuclear pow er plants. After the recall and analysis of the mainstream condensation models in existed containment analytical codes,an improved model based on Fick' s Law and HM TA has been put forw ard. The improved model has considered both the effect of the temperature gradient across the gas layer on suction,and the effect of normal mass transfer on sensible heat transfer as w ell. The advantages of the improved model over experimental models and mechanical models,have been verified through the modeling of Dehbi and Wisconsin condensation experiments separately. The improved model can be embedded in existed containment analytical tools to increase the accuracy of related containment accidental analyses.
