基于日常生活能力评估的分级补偿延续护理在肝胆外科留置T管出院病人中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]观察基于日常生活能力评估的补偿式延续护理在肝胆外科留置T管出院病人中的应用效果。[方法]选择102例肝胆外科留置T管出院病人随机分为观察组与对照组各51例,对照组病人接受常规延续护理,观察组病人接受基于日常生活能力评估的补偿式延续护理,比较两组病人干预后各相关观察指标的差异性。[结果]观察组病人干预后管道自我管理能力评分和延续护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组,管道并发症发生率显著低于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用基于日常生活能力评估的分级补偿式延续护理对肝胆外科留置T管出院病人实施干预,有利于提高该类病人管道自我管理能力,降低管道并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective：To observe the application effect of compensatory continuous nursing based on daily living ability assessment in discharged patients with indwelling T tube in department of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods：A total of 102 discharged patients with indwelling T tube in department of hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine continuous nursing,while the patients in the observation group received the compensatory continuous nursing based on the daily living ability assessment.The differences of the related observation indexes between the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results：The scores of self-management ability and continuous nursing satisfaction in the patients of observation group after the intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group,the incidence of tubes complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant after comparison（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The graded compensatory continuous nursing based on the daily living ability assessment was adopted to intervene the discharged patients with T tube in department of hepatobiliary surgery.It could improve the self-management ability of the tubes of patients,reduce the incidence of tubes complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
