农村生源大学生返乡创业意愿与影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于调查问卷数据,运用二元Logistic模型,对影响农村生源大学生返乡创业意愿因素进行实证分析。研究发现:改善家里经济状况,创业的各项技能,政府的优惠政策,获得创业基金,家庭的精神和物质支持,银行贷款,多种融资渠道对是否返乡创业有显著影响。进而为促进农村生源大学生返乡创业,实现城乡统筹协调发展、社会主文新农村建设提出对策建议。The paper uses the binary logistic model to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of rural college graduates returning to hometown to start a business,which is based on questionnaire data.The study finds:the willingness of rural college graduates returning to hometown to start a business is significantly affected by several factors,including the economical situation of home,the skills of starting a business,the venture fund available,the mental and material supports from family,banking loans and more financing channels.Furthermore,the paper gives some measures and advice on improving the rural college graduates returning to hometown to start a business,realizing the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the new socialist countryside construction.
