摘 要:通过多指标综合分析法,构建了哈尔滨城市综合承载力评价指标体系,基于状态指数法,结合哈尔滨市2015年统计数据资料,分析出影响该城市综合承载力的限制性因素。结果显示:哈尔滨城市综合承载力在人均可用水资源量、可吸入颗粒物浓度、人均道路面积和环境空气质量达标天数比率方面已经面临严峻挑战。The evaluation index system of urban comprehensive carrying capacity of Harbin is constructing by multi-index comprehensive analysis method. In the basic of status value method,analyzing the restrictive factors,which have influence on urban comprehensive carrying capacity combining,with the statistical data of Harbin in 2015. The result show that land and water resources and ambient air quality are restrictive factors,which affect this region intensively. Meanwhile,this paper offer a bit of suggestions that governments have to make efforts on revolving water resource shortage and improving air quality to promote urban comprehensive carrying capacity of Harbin. This paper conclude that urban comprehensive carrying capacity of Harbin has faced with serious challenge in per capita available water resources,respirable particulate matter concentration,per capita road area and ambient air quality standards.
