摘 要:目的观察溶栓胶囊对缺氧脱习服大鼠心、肺超微结构的影响。方法 SD大鼠在模拟海拔5000 m的低压氧舱内常规喂养3个月,出舱后30只大鼠随机分为3组,高原对照组、复方红景天组、溶栓胶囊组各10只;另外10只SD大鼠(平原对照组)则在常氧下常规喂养3个月。溶栓胶囊组及红景天组分别按200 mg/kg剂量给予溶栓混悬液或红景天混悬液灌胃,1次/d,连续10 d。处死大鼠取心、肺标本,观察比较各组超微结构的改变。结果 (1)平原对照组心肌组织结构良好,肌丝排列整齐,线粒体结构正常;高原对照组心肌出现明显损伤,表现为血管扩张,内质网水肿扩张,线粒体嵴模糊,局部出现断裂和消失;红景天组核周隙扩张,轻度炎症,血管扩张,心肌纤维化及间质水肿;溶栓胶囊组细胞核形态正常情况优于红景天组。(2)平原对照组肺泡隔结构无异常,肺泡腔清晰;高原对照组肺泡隔结构异常,明显增宽,肺间质疏松,毛细血管明显扩张充血,肺泡腔部分区域可见粉红色渗出物;溶栓胶囊组肺组织血管内皮可见细胞核染色质聚集、核周隙扩张;红景天组某些区域可见肺间质增生。结论溶栓胶囊和红景天对缺氧脱习服大鼠心肺组织有明显保护作用,可促进机体脱习服;对心肌的保护作用,溶栓胶囊优于红景天,而对肺组织,红景天优于溶栓胶囊。Objective To observe the impacts of plasmin capsules on the cardiopulmonary ultrastructure in rats with hypoxia deacclimatization. MeAods SD rats were fed for three months in low baric oxygen cabin simulating an altitude of 5,000 m, after which 30 rats were randomly divided into a plateau control group, a compound rhodiola rosea group and a plasmin capsule group (n= 10, respectively), and another 10 SD rats (plain control group) were fed for three weeks in normoxic state. The plasmin capsule group and the rhodiola rosea group were administrated with thrombolytic suspension or rhodiola rosea suspension by gavage with a dosage of 200 mg/kg once a day for 10 consecutive days. The rats were killed to obtain heart and lung specimens. The microstructural changes among the four groups were compared. R拥ult8 ⑴The cardiac tissue in the plain control group was well-structured; the myofilament was in alignment; the mitochondrion structure was normal. The myocardium in the plateau control group had obvious damage, presented as angiectasis, edema expansion of the endoplasmic reticulum, vague mitochondrial cristae and local fracture and disappearance. The perinuclear space in the rhodiola rosea group expanded, presented as mild inflammation, angiectasis, myocardial fibrosis and interstitial edema. The normal degree of nuclear morphometry in the plasmin capsule group was better than that in the rhodiola rosea group. (2)The structure of the alveolar septa in the plain control group had no abnormalities and the alveolar space (AS) was clear. The structure of the alveolar septa in the plateau control group was abnormal, apparently broadened; the pulmonary interstitium was loose; the blood capillary was significantly expanded and congested; pink effusion might be seen in some area of the AS. Nuclear chromatin aggregation and perinuclear space expansion might be seen on blood vessel endothelium of the lung tissue in the plasmin capsule group.
