摘　　要：贫困山区公共文化建设受到城乡二元体制、区域经济二元格局和地区文化生态的三重制约。文章辑录位于秦巴山区的陕西省留坝县蔡家坡村民文化生活访谈,内容涉及村落历史、地理环境、婚姻家庭、生产生活、民风民俗、公共文化等,有助于更好地把握特定地理环境下"特殊文化模式"及公共文化发展的内在逻辑,助推精准文化扶贫。Public cultural construction in impoverished mountainous area is restricted by＂the urban-rural dual system,the regional dual economy pattern and the regional cultural ecology＂. This paper notes down the cultural life of Caijiapo village in Liuba County of Shanxi province lying in Qinba Mountain area,which relates to local history, geographical environment, marriage and family, livelihood, local customs and public culture, thus helping to better grasp the special cultural pattern under a specific geographical environment and the internal logic of public culture development, and to boost the cultural targeted poverty alleviation.
