摘  要:针对车集煤矿2709工作面整个回采周期受一条宽约10 m的火成岩条带影响,且工作面不规则布置特点,现有采煤方法存在回采工序复杂、松动爆破破岩量大、安全系数低等问题,不利于工作面的安全高效开采。结合矿井实际生产情况,研究了2709工作面过火成岩条带回采方案和机尾支架对接技术,确定2709工作面火成岩条带段采取调整回采层位、挑顶开采技术,工作面对接支架频次为12.2m/台。结果表明:工作面回采周期缩短20%,破硬岩量减少80%~90%,大幅降低人工打眼爆破工作量,提高了安全系数,降低了回采成本,工作面各工序衔接有序,技术经济效益显著提高。According to the influence of the whole mining period of the 2709 working face of a coal mine on a 10 m wide belt of magmat-ic area,and the irregular arrangement of working face,the existing mining method has the problems of complicated mining procedure-, large rock mass of loose blastings low safety factor and so on, not conducive to the safe and efficient mining. Combined with the actual production situation, this paper studied the 2709 working face and the mining technology and the tail bracket docking technology, to de-termine the working face of igneous rock zone to adjust the mining horizon,the top mining technology,the frequency of the working face connection was 12. 2 m/hydraulic support. The results show that the mining period is shortened by 20% and the amount of hard rock is reduced by about 80% to 90% , greatly reduce the workload of artificial drilling and blasting, improve safety coefficient, reduce the min-ing cost,the processes of the work surface are connected in an orderly manner,and the technical and economic benefits are improved significantly.
