Y-型双腔引流管+持续负压引流与单腔引流管单纯引流治疗高血压脑出血的疗效比较

摘　　要：[目的]比较Y-型双腔引流管+持续负压引流与单腔引流管单纯引流治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。[方法]将收治的62例接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者,随机分为Y-型双腔引流管+持续负压引流组与单腔引流管单纯引流组,其中Y-型双腔引流管+持续负压引流组31例,单腔引流管单纯引流组31例。比较2组血肿排出所需时间及预后。[结果]Y-型双腔引流管+持续负压引流组血肿排出所需时间为3.9±0.5 d,单腔引流管单纯引流组血肿排出所需时间为6.7±0.7 d,2组有显著性差异。Y-型双腔引流管+持续负压引流组远、近期疗效也较单腔引流管单纯引流组好。[结论]Y-型双腔引流管+持续负压引流治疗高血压脑出血安全可靠,方法简便易行。[Objective]To investigate the efficacy of Y-shaped double-lumen drainage tube combined with continuous suction drainage versus single-lumen drainage tube alone in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. [Methods] A total of 62 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into Y-shaped double-lumen drainage tube plus continuous suction drainage group （31 patients） and single lumen drainage tube group （31 patients）. the time for the removal of the hematoma, nerve function flaw meter and ADL score were compared between two groups. [Results]In the treatment group, the time for removal of the hematoma was 3.9±0.5 days; in the control group, the time for the removal of the hematoma was 6.7±0.7 days. The time for removal of the hematoma showed significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0.05）.nerve function flaw meter and ADL score were showed significant differences between the two groups too. [Conclusion] Y-shaped double-lumen drainage tube combined with continuous suction drainage is a safe, simple, and reliable method for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhages.
