摘　　要：[目的]总结任意皮辩修复眶周软组织缺损的临床经验。[方法]对11例患者应用任意皮瓣修复眶周软组织缺损。[结果]所有皮瓣完全成活。随访半年至3年,创口瘢痕不明显,皮瓣质地柔软,弹性良好,颜色无改变。[结论]任意皮辩是修复眶周软组织外伤性缺损的理想方法之一。[Objective]To summerke the experiences of using random flaps to reconstruct soft tissue defects of the periorbital region. [MetliO（is]Periorbital soft tissue defects in 11 cases underwent reconstruction surgery with random flaps. [Results]all flaps survived and the wound healed primarily after operation. Follow up of 6 months to 3 years, The color and the texture of the flaps matched well to the adjacent tissues with satisfied function and aesthetic results. [Conclusion] Random flap is an ideal substitute to repair periorbital soft tissue defects.
