窄谱中波紫外线照射联合复方青黛丸治疗银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线照射联合复方青黛丸治疗银屑病的疗效。方法收集该科2015年1月—2017年1月收治的银屑病患者104例为观察对象,均为寻常型银屑病,随机将患者分为两组各52例,对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线照射,观察组在对照组的基础上给予复方青黛丸,比较两组效果和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为90.4%,对照组总有效率为73.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前PASI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组PASI评分(5.2±0.5)分明显降低于对照组(8.7±0.6)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为13.5%,与对照组不良反应发生率11.5%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对银屑病患者采用窄谱中波紫外线照射联合复方青黛丸治疗效果显著,能明显降低患者皮损程度,不良反应少,值得临床应用。Objective To discuss the curative effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B and Compound qingdai pill in treat-ment of psoriasis. Methods 104 cases of patients with psoriasis admitted and treated in our department from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each, the control group adopted the narrow-band ultraviolet B for irradiation, while the observation group adopted the compound qingdai pill on the basis of the control group, and the effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant, （90.4% vs 73.1%）（P〉0.05）, and the difference in the PASI score before treatment between the two groups was not sta-tistically significant（P〉0.05）, and the PASI score in the observation group after treatment was obviously decreased com-pared with that in the control group（5.2±0.5）marks vs （8.7±0.6）marks , and the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant （13.5% vs 11.5%）（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B and Compound qingdai pill in treatment of psoriasis is obvious, which can obviously decrease the skin defect degree of patients, the adverse reaction is few, which is worth cl inical application.
