阴道超声在妇科急症异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道超声在妇科急症异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法该院妇科于2013年6月—2015年11月收治了50例确诊为急症异位妊娠的患者,医护人员分别对患者实施腹部超声检查和阴道超声检查,观察两种检查手段诊断的准确性。结果阴道超声检出包块型异位妊娠60.0%,胎囊型34.0%,盆腔积液型2.0%;异位妊娠超声检查48例检查准确率为96.0%,相较于腹部超声检查70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道超声检查所见包块直径主要为2~3 cm,腹部超声检查所见包块多为4~5 cm。两种检查方法之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠诊断中,阴道超声检查能够提高诊断准确性,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据,应用价值显著。Objective To s tudy eh ap p l ic a t io n value of tran sv ag in al ultrason og raph y in diagnosis of emergency ectopic pregnancy in the depar tment of gynecology. Methods 5 0 c a se s of p a t ien ts with emergency ec to pic p reg n an cy adm it ted and treated in our hospi tal from June 2013 to November 2015 were selected and examined by the abdominal ul trasound examination and transvaginal ultrasonography by the medical staff, and the accuracy of the two examination means were observed. Results T he tran sv ag in a l ultrason og raph y showed th a t ma s s - ty p e ec to p ic p reg n an cy a c co u n ted for 6 0 .0%, ges tat ional sac-type accounted for 34.0% and pelvis free l iquid- type accounted for 2.0%, and the difference in the ex-amination accurate rate of 48 cases between the transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasound examination was obviou （96.0% vs 70.0%）,（ P 〈 0 .0 5 ） , and th e mass d iam e te r examined by th e tran sv ag in al ultrason og raph y was 2 ？3 cm, and the mass diameter examined by the abdominal ultrasound examination was 4？5 cm, and there was an obvious difference between the two examination methods（P〈0.05） . Conclusion T h e tran sv ag in al ultrason og raph y in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can improve the diagnosis accuracy, which can provide a rel iable bas is for the cl inical treatment, and the appl icat ion value is obvious.
