老年患者CT胸部血管造影效果与注射流速相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨16排螺旋CT行胸部血管造影检查时图像质量与碘造影剂注射流速的相关性。方法选取自2013年10月—2016年9月在该科行胸部CT检查老年患者90例,随机分为A1、A2、A3 3组,每组30例。3组流速分别为2.0~2.4、2.5~2.8、2.9~3.2 m L/s。观察分析肺动脉平均强化值,图像质量。结果 3组行CT检查后的效果评价A1,A2,A3组的肺动脉平均强化值分别为(195.9±29.1),(262.20±59.0),(255.9±53.2),3组造影效果主动脉强化值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),3组不同流速碘造影剂的图像质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年患者在行胸部CT增强扫描碘造影剂注射流速在2.5~2.8 m L/s时,获得的图像较满意,并能满足临床诊断需要,且能保护患者穿刺血管的安全。Objective To discu ss th e co rrelation b etwe en CT ch e s t angiography effect an d in je c t io n velocity of sen ile patients . Methods 9 0 c a se s of sen i le p a t ien ts und ergo in g th e ch e s t CT ex amina tion in our h ospi tal from October 2013 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases in each, the velocities in the group A1, group A2 and group A3 were respectively 2.0？ 2 .4 , 2 .5 0？ 2 .8, 2 .9？ 3.2 mL/s, an d th e mean re in fo rcem en t v a l-ue and image quality were observed and analyzed. Results The mean rein fo rcem en t v alu e in th e th re e group A1, group A2 and group A3 were respectively （195.9±29.1） , （262.20±59.0）, （2 5 5 .9 ± 5 3 .2 ） , and th e d ifferenc e in th e ao rta re in -forcement value between the three groups was s tat is t ical ly signif icant（P〈0.01） , and the difference in the imaging qual i-ty of diodone of different velocities between the three groups was s tat is t ically signi f icant （P〈0.01） . Conclusion The im-age is satisfactory at the rate of 2.5？ 2.8 mL/s when th e sen ile p a t ien ts undergo th e ch e s t CT en h an c em en t sc an , an d it also can meet the needs of cl inical diagnosis and protect the safety of vascular puncture.
