摘　　要：在临床上,难治性高血压是一种类型较为特殊的高血压,其又被称为顽固性高血压,难治性高血压患者往往会伴随有较为严重的靶器官损害症状。与正常高血压患者相比,难治性高血压患者发生心肌梗死、脑卒中、肾功能不全以及心力衰竭等疾病的概率显著增大,且患者在治疗后的预后情况往往较差。因此,对于难治性高血压的临床治疗一直为广大医生以及患者所重点关注的问题。该研究主要对难治性高血压的基本疾病情况以及其最新治疗研究进展作一综述,旨在为患者的临床治疗提供一定依据。In clinic, the refractory hypertension is a special hypertension, also referred as the resistant essential hyper-tension, and the severe target organ injuries often occur to the patients with refractory hypertension, compared with thenormal hypertension patients, the occurrence probability of myocardial infarction, stroke, renal insufficiency and heartfailure obviously increases, and the prognosis of patients after treatment is usually bad, therefore, the clinical treatmentof refractory hypertension has always been the issue that most doctors and patients pay attention to, and the paper elab-orates the basic disease situation of refractory hypertension and the most recent research in order to provide a certainbasis for the clinical treatment of patients.
