中西医结合疗法治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察与探究中西医结合疗法治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月—2016年3月期间于该院就诊及治疗的22例股骨转子间骨折患者作为研究对象,对22例股骨转子间骨折患者使用中药配合闭合复位PFNA内固定进行治疗,分析22例股骨转子间骨折患者的临床治疗效果。结果 22例经治疗之后,患者的优良率为90.91%,患者的平均手术耗时为(55.24±5.62)min,平均术中出血量为(200.15±26.33)mL,所有患者的骨折均已愈合,患者的平均骨折愈合时间为(11.16±2.05)周。结论对股骨转子间骨折患者应用中药配合闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗的效果较好,对患者的固定确定,对患者的手术创伤比较小,患者术后的下床活动比较早,有助于患者的术后骨折尽快愈合,患者的术后并发症比较少。aObjective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of integrated TCM and western medicine in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 22 patients with intertochanteric fractures diagnosed and treated from January 2011 to March 2016 in this hospital were selected, TCM and closed restoration PFNA internal fixation treatment were given to these research objects, and the clinical therapeutic effect of them was analyzed. Results The excellent curative rate was 90.91%, the average operation time was（55.24±5.62） min, the average intraoperative blood loss was（200.15±26.33） mL, all 22 patients with fractures were healed and their average fracture healing time was（11.16±2.05） weeks. Conclusion The curative effect of TCM and closed restoration PFNA internal fixation treatment in patients with intertochanteric fractures is good, which can dedicatedly determine the fixation of patients with less surgical trauma, and is beneficial to the fast recovery of postoperative patients with fewer complications.
