摘 要:研究半潜式海洋平台风压风载模拟,分析风浪致结构动力效应。以我国先进的海洋石油981平台为工程背景,运用FLUENT软件进行脉动风作用下结构的非稳态分析,针对平台不同倾斜度,计算不同入射风向角下平台的整体风载荷,确定最不利工况条件。利用ANSYS软件建立半潜式海洋平台主体和锚泊系统的一体化有限元力学模型,数值模拟随机风荷载和随机波浪荷载,计算最不利工况时在风浪荷载联合作用下半潜式海洋平台结构系统的动力响应,分析其动力响应规律,为海洋平台的设计及安全运行提供依据。The numerical simulation of wind pressures and wind loads was conducted on a semi-submersible platform. The wind and wave induced dynamic responses of the semi-submersible platform and its mooring system were investigated. The domestic 981 offshore oil drilling platform was taken as an engineering background in the analysis. Non-steady-state numerical simulations of the structure under different wind pressure loads,different dip angles and different wind directions were carried out by using the FLUENT software,and the most unfavorable condition was determined in the light of the numerical results. A finite element coupled model of the semi-submersible platform and the mooring system was established by using the ANSYS software. Through the FEM simulation,the dynamic response of the semi-submersible platform system in the most unfavorable condition due to environmental wind and wave loads was obtained. The analysis work could be a reference to the safety design of offshore platforms.
