摘 要:基弯是护目镜水平方向弯度的量化指标。由于手工无法直接测量护目镜基弯值计算所需参数,本研究提出了基于医学图像处理的计算机辅助测量系统。该计算机辅助测量系统包括:医学图像预处理与体数据场构建、体数据绘制与显示、护目镜基弯值计算所需参数测量等功能模块。针对图像的不同特性,系统基于二维图像与三维体模型,对护目镜基弯值计算所需参数进行测量。在处理对称图像序列时,该系统直接在图像上测量;在处理不对称图像序列时,该系统基于三维体模型轮廓提取技术,在提取的对称轮廓上测量。实验结果表明:该计算机辅助测量系统能精确地测量护目镜基弯值计算所需参数,满足了应用需求。Base curve is the quantitative indicator of horizontal bending of goggles.Some parameters necessary for the calculation of goggles' base curve cannot be manually measured.To address this issue,a computer-aided measurement system was proposed for measuring parameters necessary for the calculation of goggles' base curve in this paper.This system consisted of three main modules:the module of medical image preprocessing and construction of volume data set,the module of rendering and display of volume data and the module of measurement of parameters necessary for the calculation of goggles' base curve.According to the different characteristics of medical images,parameters necessary for the calculation of goggles' base curve were measured from 2D image or 3D volume model.(The parameters directly from image when the image was symmetric was measured by the system.) In case of asymmetry,the parameters were measured on a symmetric contour extracted from 3D body model.The experimental results demonstrate that this computer-aided system is capable to measure parameters necessary for the calculation of goggles' base curve accurately and meets the need of application.
