全国中医类门诊部及诊所的发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解全国中医类门诊部及诊所发展现状与趋势。方法编制数据调查表,从全国卫生统计直报系统提取数据,利用Excel 2013进行统计分析。结果 2016年,中医类门诊部及诊所分别为1 912个、43 328个,较之2012年增长57.0%、24.8%;中医类别执业(助理)医师分别为8 569人、40 150人,较之2012年增长85.4%、33.0%;中药师(士)分别为1 870人、7 768人,较之2012年增长64.2%、28.7%;诊疗量分别为1 977.1万人次、12 478.4万人次,较之2012年增长53.2%、21.7%。2016年民族医门诊部中医类别执业(助理)医师40人,较之2012年增长8.1%;民族医诊所中药师(士)44人,较之2012年下降24.1%;民族医门诊部的诊疗量为3.0万人次,较之2012年下降14.3%。结论中医类门诊部及诊所数量、中医药人员数、诊疗量均有所增长,但其中民族医门诊部及诊所中医药人员数量波动大,诊疗量不理想,应采取相应措施推动中医类门诊部及诊所发展。Objective To understand the current situation and trend of TCM outpatient departments and clinics. Methods Questionnaires were designed; data were extracted from national health statistics direct online report system; Excel 2013 was used to make statistical analysis. Results Compared with 2012, the numbers of TCM outpatient departments and clinics were 1 912 and 43 328 respectively in 2016, increased by 57.0% and 24.8%, respectively; the numbers of registered （assistant） TCM doctors in TCM outpatient departments and clinics were 8 569 and 40 150, increased by 85.4% and 33.0%, respectively; the numbers of TCM pharmacists of in TCM outpatient departments and clinics were 1 870 and 7 768, increased by 64.2% and 28.7%, respectively; the numbers of service amount were 1 977.1 and 12 478.4 million, increased by 53.2% and 21.7%, respectively; the number of registered （assistant） TCM doctors in traditional minority medicine outpatient departments was 40, increased by 8.1%; the number of TCM pharmacists in traditional minority medicine clinics was 44, decreased by 24.1%; the number of service amount of in traditional minority medicine outpatient departments was 30 thousand, decreased by 14.3% compared with 2012. Conclusion The numbers of TCM outpatient departments and clinics, and the numbers of registered （assistant） TCM doctors, TCM pharmacists and service amount have risen. However, the numbers of registered （assistant） doctors and pharmacists of TCM in traditional minority medicine outpatient departments and clinics have fluctuated largely, and the number ofservice amount is not ideal. It is necessary to take some appropriate measures to promote TCM outpatient departments and clinics.
