摘  要:文章总结了石寿棠治疗温病的学术思想,从辨析温病伤寒、否认伏邪发病、温病的传变、温病的诊断和辨证、温病的治法等方面展开论述。石氏认为,伤寒与温病无论在病因和感受途径等方面,均有很大的不同;并否认伏邪发病;在温病的传变认识上,亦本着吴有性之"九传"之说,并为之详作解释,认为虽有九传,但要认定三焦表里,传表者轻,传里者重;石氏推崇三焦辨证方法,重视鉴别诊断,在治法上强调使邪外解、切勿伤阴,老少应异治,明辨妇儿,其温病方面的学术思想值得深入挖掘传承。This article summarized the academic thoughts of SHI Shou-tang in treatment of warm febrile diseases, and expounded from the analysis of warm febrile disease and exogenous febrile diseases, denying the occurrence of incubative pathogen, the development of the warm febrile diseases, the diagnosis and differentiation of the warm febrile diseases, and the treatment of the febrile diseases. SHI believes that exogenous febrile diseases and warm febrile diseases have great differences in terms of etiology and infectious ways. He also denies incubative pathogen; in understanding of transmission of warm febrile diseases, based on WU You-xing’s “Jiuchuan (Nine Infection) thoughts, he makes a detailed explanation about his thoughts; He believes that Sanjiao should be recognized in addition to “Jiuchuan” thoughts, which thinks that if the infection is in the exterior, the syndromes are moderate, while if the infection is in the interior, the syndromes are acute; SHI advocates Sanjiao differentiation, attaches importance to identification diagnosis, emphasizes treating diseases through exterior solutions without hurting yin qi, distinguishes different treatment for the elder and the young, women and children. His academic thoughts about the warm febrile diseases are worth to exploring and inheriting.
