氧氟微晶玻璃中稀土离子分布对红外发光性能的影响研究

摘  要:探索氧氟微晶玻璃中氟化物纳米晶内稀土离子的分布状态及调控方法,对实现稀土离子的高效红外辐射发光具有重要意义。实验制备了含PbF_2:Er^(3+)纳米晶的微晶玻璃,采用X射线衍射、高分辨透射电镜以及电子能量损失谱等方法证明,微晶玻璃中大部分稀土离子富集到PbF_2纳米晶体中,并且氟化物纳米晶中稀土离子分布不均匀,存在富集相。在此基础上,采用共掺光学惰性Y^(3+)的方法调控氧氟微晶玻璃氟化物纳米晶中活性稀土离子的分布状态,发光性能测试显示氟化物纳米晶中活性稀土离子的富集与团簇被有效抑制,Er^(3+)离子在2.73μm波段、Tm^(3+)离子在1.47μm波段、Ho^(3+)离子在1.2μm波段的发光显著增强。To realize the efficient infrared emission from rare-earth ions,it is essential to explore the distribution of rare-earth ions inside the fluoride nanocrystals. In this work,oxyfluoride glass-ceramics containing PbF2: Er^3+nanocrystals were prepared to investigate the distribution of rare-earth ions inside the fluoride nanocrystals. Structure and composition of these fluoride nanocrystals were examined by X-ray diffraction,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and electron energy loss spectroscopy.Preferential incorporation of Er^3+ions into the fluoride nanocrystals was evidenced by the electron energy loss spectroscopy analysis,and the enrichment of of Er^3+was also observed. Y^3+ions were introduced to reduce the enriched clusters of optical active ions inside the nanocrystals. Emission spectra showed that 2. 73,1. 47 and 1. 2 μm emission by Er^3+,Tm^3+and Ho^3+ions were enhanced significantly.
