摘 要:本文采用数值模拟的方法,应用粘弹模型对浮法玻璃在退火窑A-B区内的退火过程进行研究。首先对2 mm浮法玻璃在A-B区内退火过程中的温度和应力变化进行了研究;其次研究了2 mm、5 mm、8 mm、10 mm浮法玻璃端面应力在退火窑A-B区内的转变过程;最后计算了各厚度玻璃在退火过程中所产生的端面永久应力。研究结果表明:玻璃的端面应力在退火窑A区和B区的变化规律相同,均为先张应力后压应力;而中心应力的变化规律与表面应力相反;不同厚度的玻璃虽然经历的应力变化过程相同,但应力转变过程所用的时间不同。本项工作能够为不同厚度玻璃退火过程的工艺调节和优化提供理论参考。The float glass annealing process in zones A and B of annealing lehr was studied with the method of numerical simulation and the application of viscoelastic model. The temperature and stress variations of 2 mm float glass in zones A and B were studied,and the stress change of the glass cross section in the annealing lehr zones A and B was subsequently examined for the 2 mm,5 mm,8 mm and 10 mm float glasses. The cross section permanent stress produced during annealing in glasses with distinct thickness were calculated. The results show that the cross section stress in zone A and zone B behaves similarly in the way that the surface stress initially appears in a tensile fashion and changes to a compressive fashion. In addition,the center stress shows an opposite behavior to the surface. The stress variations in the glasses with different thickness are identical,however,different duration times are needed for the stress change. This study provides a reference for the adjustment and optimization of annealing process to produce glasses with different thickness.
