达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术病人的护理与心理干预

摘　　要：[目的]探讨行达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术病人的护理与心理干预方法。[方法]回顾性分析我院泌尿外科25例肾癌病人的资料,总结病人的术前护理、术中护理和术后护理经验以及术前和术后对病人的心理干预经验。[结果]25例病人均顺利完成手术,手术时间为221.9min±39.1min,手术失血量为69.4mL±40.9mL,术后引流量79.7mL±32.8mL,肠门通气时间70.2h±16.3h,引流管留置时间5.9d±0.8d,导尿管留置时间为6.4d±1.2d,术后住院时间7.2d±0.8d。[结论]达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术给病人提供了更好的治疗方式的同时,也给护理工作提出了更高的要求。护士应更多地承担健康教育与心理安慰者的角色,协助医生共同促进病人恢复健康。Objective To probe into the nursing and psychological intervention of patients undergoing Da Vimi assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Methods： A total of 25 patients with renal cell carcinoma in depart-ment of urology were analyzed retrospectively. The preoperative nursing, intraoperative care and postoperative nursing experience and the psychological intervention experience were summarized before and after the opera-tion. Results： A total of 25 patients successfully completed operation,the operation timewas 221 9 min±39. 1 min, operative blood loss was 69. 4 mL ± 40. 9 m L , postoperative drainage volume was 79. 7 mL±32. 8 m L, portal ventilation time was 70. 2 h± 16. 3 h,drainage tube indwelling time was 5. 9 d ± 0. 8 d,time of indwell-ing catheterwas 6. 4 d± 1. 2 d,postoperative hospitalization time was 7. 2 d ± 0. 8 d. Conclusions： Da Vinti ro-bot assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy provided better treatment for patients？ but also put forward higherrequirements for nursing. Nurses should undertake the role of health education anand help doctors to promote the health of the patients together.
