摘　　要：根据全路自备铁路车辆管理现状,分析系统业务、功能需求,从总体结构、技术架构、信息处理流程、数据传输方式、功能框架等方面构建自备车管理信息系统,为铁路自备车管理提供重要手段,实现及时运输组织,确保车辆运行安全,提高车辆使用率,增加运输收益,具有重要的现实意义。According to the current situation of the self-owned railway wagons, this article analyzed the business requirement and functional requirement, built the self-owned railway vehicle management information system from the overall structure, technical architecture, information processing, data transmission, functional framework etc., provided an important means for self-owned railway vehicle management to implement the timely transportation and organization, ensure the safety of vehicle operation, increase of transportation income.It was of the important practical signifcance.
