摘　　要：目的探析磁共振在股骨头坏死诊断中的临床观察及价值分析。方法选取我院2015年3月至2016年3月MRI检查的股骨头缺血性坏死患者153例进行临床观察。结果 MRI检查出189个股骨头发生病变。结论磁共振技术在股骨头坏死诊断中具有特异性与敏感性且图像显示清晰。Objective To study the clinical observation and value analysis of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis. Methods 153 cases of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and the clinical observation was performed in cases. Results MRI was detected in 189 of the femoral head lesions. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging technique is specifc and sensitive in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.
