摘 要:目的探讨专科知识培训在降低血液科血液标本分析前不合格率中的应用效果。方法选取就职于某三甲医院血液科护士105名,进行血液标本采集知识培训前后的问卷调查。同时收集该科实施培训前后3个月不合格血液检验标本资料,运用统计学方法比较培训实施前后不合格标本率的差异,从而判定培训效果。结果不同学历的护士血液标本采集基础知识的认知程度存在差异。不同专科工作年限的护士专科标本采集的相关知识正确率有区别,低年资护士专科标本采集知识的正确率最低,差异有统计学意义。各专科工作年限的护士采集血液标本操作正确率在专科知识培训前后比较,差异均有统计学意义。培训前后的总标本分别为19825例和17700例,不合格率分别为8.7‰和2.9‰,呈现明显的下降趋势,差异有统计学意义。结论应针对性采取措施提高护士对血液科血液标本采集知识的掌握度,血液科需加强专科知识培训,低年资护士应主动学习相关知识。Objective Study the specialized knowledge training in reducing the onset of blood specimen analysis fraction defective before application effect. Method Selection in a 3 armour hospital onset nurse 105, blood specimen collection knowledge questionnaire before and after the training. Collected at the same time the division to implement the training specimens of unqualifed blood tests before and after 3 months, the use of statistical methods comparing the difference between the rate of unqualifed specimens before and after the training, so as to determine the training effect. Results Different degree of nurses blood specimen collection and basic knowledge of cognition. Specimen of different specialist working fxed number of year of the nurse specialist knowledge difference, accuracy of low qualifcation nurses specimen knowledge of specialized subject minimum accuracy, the difference was statistically signifcant. The nurse specialist working fxed number of year of blood collected specimens in specialist knowledge comparison before and after the training, the correct operation differences were statistically signifcant. The total before and after the training specimens of 19825 cases and 17700 cases respectively, fraction defective were 8.7 ‰ and 2.9 ‰, presents the obvious downward trend, the difference was statistically signifcant. Conclusion targeted measures should be taken to improve the nurses to the onset of blood specimen collection the master degree of knowledge, haematology department needs to strengthen specialized knowledge training, low qualifcation nurses should be active learning knowledge.
