运用品管圈缩短眼科患者手术交接时间的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在缩短眼科患者手术交接时间、提高患者满意率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,确定"缩短眼科患者手术交接时间"为主题,对200例眼科手术患者交接时间进行了调查研究,分析原因,制定并落实相应的对策。结果手术患者交接所需时间从原来的12.4 min缩短到7.2 min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动在缩短眼科患者手术交接时间中效果显著,能有效提高工作效率,提高术间利用率,降低手术间开放成本,并提高护士发现问题、解决问题的能力。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle （ QCC） to shorten the operation handover time in the ophthalmology department and improve patients satisfaction. Methods The QCC activity with the theme of a shortening the handover time in the ophthalmology departmentwas launched and 200 cases of their handover times were in-vestigated while the reasons were analyzed for drawing up the corresponding countermeasure. Results The handover time for the ophthalmology patients was decreased from 12. 4 minutes to 7. 2 minutes, which had statistical significance （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion The QCC can reduce the handover time in the ophthalmology departemnt effectively by improving work efficien-cy, reducing economic costs and enhancing the nurses ability to discover and solve problems.
