摘 要:目的通过对广州市部分三级甲等公立医院的管理人员职业化情况进行调研,探讨其中存在的问题,以及推进医院管理人员职业化进程的措施。方法主要采用文献研究、定性与定量描述性分析、调查访谈,了解管理人员职业化的情况。结果医院管理人员队伍结构合理,专职管理人员占在职员工总数4.89%,职业化程度尚待提高。结论针对目前医院管理人员职业化发展的现状,提出明确管理人员定位和职业生涯发展,健全管理人员的绩效考核和激励机制,加强管理人员培训体系建设,引进高层次管理人才等建议。Objective To investigate the existing problems and measures in the process of administrators "profession-alization by surveying the administrators^professionalization in part of First Class Grade A hospitals. Methods Literature re-view ,qualitative and quantitative descriptive an a lys is, and survey interviews were carried out to investigate the situations of administrators"professionalization. Results The structure of hospital management team was reasonable. Full - time adminis-trators took up 4. 89% of the total number of employees. The degree of professionalism should be improved. Conclusion According to present state of the administrators" professional development, it is necessary to clarify their position and career development so as to improve the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism, strengthen the training system and introduce qualified talent
