摘  要:苯并[a]芘超标污泥对生态环境和人体健康存在严重的危害,需进行无害化处理,但目前缺乏合适的处理工艺。以国内油气田污泥处理为例,针对该污泥含水率高、有机质含量低等特点,对苯并[a]芘去除方法、污泥干化及高温处理工艺装备进行系统分析,提出采用低温干化-高温热解处理工艺路线,可较经济地实现苯并[a]芘超标污泥的无害化处理,同时也为多环芳烃类危险物质超标的污泥、土壤等处理提供了参考。BaP excessive sludge has serious hazards to the ecological environment and human health, needing harm- less process, but there is lack of relative treatment process. In this paper, the domestic oil and gas field sludge treatment is taken as an example. According to the characteristics of high water content and low organic matter content of the sludge,the methods of BaP removal, sludge drying and high temperature treatment process equipment are ana- lyzed. The low temperature drying and high temperature pyrolysis treatment process is given. The process can achieve harmless treatment of BaP excessive sludge economically, and also provide references for the treatment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon hazardous substances excessive sludge, soil and so on.
