摘  要:利用锅炉行业以及石油化工行业除垢的经验,结合稀土行业的实际情况,提出了稀土湿法冶金行业蒸发器结垢的技术处理,选用EDTA-2Na(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)除垢剂。实验表明,使用EDTA-2Na盐除垢的最优反应条件为质量浓度不小于50 g/L、反应温度控制在70℃、反应时间控制在4 h、pH值控制在13~14(碱度在0.1~0.5 mol/L)之间,反应量控制在1 L除垢液处理10 g结垢物;若使用盐酸配合EDTA-2Na盐除垢,建议先使用盐酸(浓度为5 mol/L)再使用EDTA-2Na溶液;清洗废液再生的最优条件应为pH值调至3.5,再补加一定量(20%)的EDTA-2Na除垢剂,可以达到清洗液的要求并实现循环利用,效果显著。In this paper, based on the experiences from boiler industry and petrochemical industry cleaning and combined with the actual situation of rare earth industry, it is proposed the technical processing of rare earth hydrometal- lurgical industry evaporator fouling and EDTA -2Na (disodium edetate) detergents are selected. Experiments show that, the optimal reaction conditions of using EDTA -2Na salt descaling follow, the concentration is not less than 50 g/L, the reaction temperature and pH is controlled at 70℃ and 13 - 14 ( alkalinity between 0.1 mol/L and 0.5 mol/ L) respectively and the amount of 10 g filths is treated for every 1 L cleaning liquid in 4 hours of reaction, it is recommended that when using EDTA - 2Na salt with hydrochloric acid descaling, the hydrochloric acid ( concentration 5 mol/L) should be used first and then EDTA -2Na solution is used. The optimal conditions of cleaning liquid regeneration should be adjusted to pH 3.5, then a certain amount (20%) of EDTA - 2Na detergents is added and the effect is significant, meeting the cleaning fluid requirements, so as to achieve recycling.
