摘 要:采用几种化成制度制备了氧化银电极和锌电极,以恒流极化、单体手动激活放电和组合电池自动激活放电实验考察了电极的电性能;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和化学分析对氧化银电极的表面形态和组分进行了表征。结果表明,氧化银电极放电初期极化大是影响电池组激活时间的主要因素,也是造成电池放电初期电压上升缓慢的主要原因,9 m A/cm2转6、3 m A/cm2的阶梯充电模式有利于提高电池激活速度。Silver dioxide cathodes and Zinc anodes were prepared though different polarization systems. Theelectrodes were characterized by constant current polarization. Manually activate cells and automatically activatebatteries formed from the electrodes above mentioned were tested. SEM and chemical analysis were conducted tocharacterize the cathode materials. The results indicate that the cathode polarization is the principal cause of voltagedelay. And the cathodes charged at gradient current descending from 9 mA/cm2through6 mA/cm2to3 mA/cm2weresuitable for quick-activating silver/zinc reserve battery.
